LPT: Instead of asking “How was your day?” Say “Tell me about your day”. Then avoid trying to reciprocate by saying anything like “me too, blah blah” and instead just ask five relevant questions in a row. People like to talk about themselves so let them, and you’ll be amazed at what you learn!
