A prostate cancer drug that blocks testosterone minimizes intrusive thoughts and helps participants with pedophilic disorder feel more calm and controlled in as little as 2 weeks. While there were minor side effects (e.g. hot flashes), participants wanted to stay on the medication after the trial.
